Caraline Skincare Returns Policy

We love Caraline products and hope you do too, but if you are not completely satisfied with your items, we provide an exchange/refund for any product ordered from caralineskin.com within 30 days of purchase. Just contact us at hello@caralineskin.com with the products you’d like to exchange/return and we’ll send you a return label.  Please make sure to include your order number.

Once your refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within 5-10 business days.

*Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift returns

If you would like to return products that you received as gifts, we require proof of purchase.  Gift cards are non-refundable.
