What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How much does shipping cost?
  • US – Standard Delivery
  • Spend $50 or more and you’ll get free standard shipping.
  • Less than $50? Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.50.
  • Orders are sent via USPS, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3 to 5 business days.
  • **Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam will ship within 3-8 business days via USPS Priority only.
  • Hawaii & Alaska (USPS Priority) –  Standard shipping flat rate $10.
  • Puerto Rico & Guam (USPS Priority) – Standard shipping flat rate $20.
  • US – Express Delivery
  • FedEx Express Saver is available for a flat rate of $20.
When will my order ship?

We process + ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. You'll receive a notification via email if you provide an email address (or text if you opted in for texts) when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most standard orders are shipped via USPS with a 2-10 business day delivery window nationally.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

How do I track my order?

You will be sent an email with a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Can I make changes to my order?

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders immediately and we are unable to make changes to most orders. Please contact our care team immediately at support@Caralineskin.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your request. 

Do you ship overseas?

Not yet. One day soon!
